The staff were very helpful. We accidentally booked a twin room (my mistake) and they offered to let us switch on our second night (no doubles available on our first) but we were happy to just push the beds together which they didn’t mind. Great location for the Sunday night market. For exploring the island a bike would be the best option as taxis can add up quickly! The rooms was clean and comfortable.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly! They help you with all your needs, altough not every front office employee speaks good english. Also the rooms are very nice with comforable beds. And the bathroom is great and clean aswell!

We stayed at Pearl Hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. Hotel staff were friendly, open to communication, experienced and meticulous in their work. Tourists were also respectful people. We saw this when we attended breakfast. It has a calm and peaceful environment. Rooms were clean. The beds were wide. The hotel had fast and uninterrupted internet at all hours of the day. The moment I enjoyed most was this: I had my birthday between the dates we stayed. They checked the date on my passport when I said it was my birthday. They offered me a choice of free breakfast or cake. I preferred to have breakfast. Thank you again for the gift, I am very happy. By the way, we also enjoyed the breakfast. Eating options were plentiful. It was good to see fried bread, tomatoes and Turkish tea.

The location is very convenient, Staff was helpful and friendly. Is ok for a short stay. Quality and price is acceptable. Nice design of the lobby area

Location was an excellent place in Old Phuket Town, situated within various hair salons, nice cafes and the famous Sunday Night Market within walking distance. The breakfast options were limited but the quality of the food was excellent. The restaurant above the hotel served amazing authentic Chinese cuisines, bonus points for the view of the phuket skylines too! Friendly and helpful staff.

The location close to many interesting spots, night market, transportations to the beaches and more. The staff is very nice and helpful. I asked to switch room to have a double bed and they were able to satisfied my request the day after ! Breakfast is excellent ! The rooms are very clean and well furnished. The swimming pool is great to chill out... Good value for the price. I will definitely come back there when in Phuket !
